Mario Caizzone

Mario Caizzone started his career in 1981 with a large Milan based accountancy firm. In 1982 he qualified as a Dottore Commercialista (Chartered Accountant) and became a Revisore Contabile (Registered Auditor) in 1991.

He started his own firm in Milan in 1988 with clients over a wide range of activities in particular industrial, chemical-pharmaceuticals and financial sectors.

Mario Caizzone has extensive experience of board membership in medium sized companies.

He is a member of Collegio Sindacale (member of Board of Internal Auditors), as well as being a member of International Taxation Commissions inside the Milan Dottore Commercialista Institute and a member of IFA (International Fiscal Association).

He is the author of some publications regarding international taxation, issued on:

– “Il Fisco” magazine – Review of International Taxation

– “Tax Planning” magazine – IFAF

He also took part in study and research activities for the drafting of the “European Charter of Taxpayer Rights”.
